This came at a meeting held yesterday by the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution on \"The crisis of national identity and its effect on the Palestinian cause\".<\/p>\n<p>The meeting addressed the intellectual starting point of the parties to the division regarding the form of the state, between Islamic and secular, and the ability of the Palestinian political system to accommodate all these ideological differences and their intellectual frames of reference.
