He considered this step a significant point in providing suitable legal support to the juvenile and in taking the officers' psychological and social observations on juvenile cases into account.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, the head of the Gaza district prosecution, Hossam Dakka, said: \"The attorney general's instructions are apt and help us complete juvenile files objectively and achieve the best justice for them, despite some difficulties facing these instructions, particularly as some juvenile cases are misdemeanours.\" He pointed out that investigating misdemeanours is carried out by judicial officers, the investigation inspectors at police stations, which makes coordination between probation officers and investigation inspectors necessary.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, the probation officer for Khan Younis governorate, Mahmoud Abu Daqqa, explained that the public prosecution has been in contact with probation officers in several governorates, among them Khan Younis, which completed the files of five juveniles after the attorney general's instructions were issued in Gaza.
