She expressed the hope that the number of signatures on the document to reduce violence against women would reach one million, since the document is a tool of pressure for demanding the issuing of the Palestinian penal code and the personal status law at forthcoming cabinet meetings.<\/p>\n<p>For her part, the specialist at the Palestinian Center for Conflict Resolution, Wurud Yassin, valued the efforts being made by the Palestinian government to reduce violence against women, and particularly the continuous support of the Ministry of Women's Affairs in standing beside the advocacy campaign.
