So, dear parent, here is some guidance for you:

Spend some time with your children, each one on their own, whether having a meal out with one, going for a walk with another, sitting with another in their room, or simply going out with each of them separately. What matters is that you make them feel you value each one of them, between the two of you, without the interference of their other siblings and without lumping them together in one word, where each competes before you to win the title and there is always one who falls behind and withdraws without your noticing.

Build their self-confidence within them by encouraging them and valuing the effort they make, and not only valuing the results, as most of us do.
Remind them of something you have learned from them.

Let your children choose what they wear themselves, for in this way you show them that you respect their decisions.
Join in your children's play, for example getting your hands dirty as they do with watercolours or modelling clay and the like.
Know your children's school programme, their teachers and their friends, so that when they come home from school you do not ask them in general terms "what did you do today?", but rather ask what such and such a person did and what such and such a teacher did, so that they feel you follow the details of their life and take an interest in it.

When your child asks to talk to you, do not speak to them while you are busy with something else, like a mother who talks to her child while cooking or while watching television and so on; rather give them all your attention and look into their eyes while they speak to you.
Share a meal with them at least once a week, and then you and your children can take turns talking about the week's events. And again, do not only listen to them; tell them too what happened to you.
Write them a word of love, encouragement or a joke on a small piece of paper and leave it beside them in bed if you are going out while they are asleep, or in their school bag, so that they feel you think of them even when you are not with them.

Let your child hear indirectly, when they are not present (for example by raising your voice while they are in their room), of your love for them and your admiration for their character.
Invent a password or a sign that expresses your love for your child and that no one else knows.
Hug your children, kiss them and tell them you love them every day, for however much of this there is they need it, whatever their age, whether they are small, grown up, or even married with children of their own.

[3

post-2061","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog
["GET
