\nThe Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution in Nablus governorate, in cooperation with the Youth of Tomorrow organisation, held two workshops on how to be rid of daily pressures and tensions after family disputes occur, to mark International Women's Day, and on how to deal with marital disputes, their causes and consequences, with the participation of more than sixty women. The workshops were held at the premises of the Conflict Resolution Center and the Youth of Tomorrow organisation in Nablus governorate.<\/p>\n
The workshops were delivered by the specialist Wurud Yassin, who spoke about the Conflict Resolution Center and its main activities and the services it provides to the public in the country's governorates. She pointed out that the Centre seeks to provide a range of psychological, social and legal support services within its projects, which serve a number of groups in the local community.<\/p>\n
The specialist Yassin explained to the participants in the workshops a set of issues and subjects that help them adapt and adjust to family and household needs, in addition to carrying out a number of emotional release exercises and group dialogue and discussion, as well as presenting PowerPoint material on the subjects raised concerning psychological pressures and tensions and the causes of marital disputes and the ways of resolving and addressing them.<\/p>\n
At the end of the workshops, the participants recommended holding more of these educational meetings, which touch women's difficult reality, finding ways to help them within society and ensuring progress towards a safe environment for them and their families in society.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
