He pointed out that the training focuses on the foundations and principles of resolving land disputes between citizens and the mechanisms for addressing them on sound legal and professional foundations that do not conflict with the judiciary.<\/p>\n<p>Hassouna explained that the training's methods and subjects are varied, the main ones being the forms of acquiring real estate ownership and how to establish it, the provisions on gift and bequest as legal transactions, in addition to division of real property, whether consensual or judicial.
