Ms. Manal Zein Al-Din, coordinator of the child protection teams project in the north of the Strip, welcomed the pupils, who numbered 33. During this visit, Mr. Nafez Abu Abdo spoke, explaining that the aim of visiting the Centre comes within their interest in the field of democracy and strengthening respect for children's rights, in addition to strengthening communication between the school parliament and civil society organisations. Manal Zein Al-Din stated that the pupils were introduced to the Centre and its objectives and programmes, setting out the activities and events carried out within the child protection teams project and the psychological and social support services provided to children.
