These kits consist of 100 first aid kits, 100 bedding kits, 200 kitchen and cleaning utensil kits, and 200 gas cylinder kits. It is worth noting that this work comes within an emergency plan drawn up through the community-based child protection project, carried out by the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution in partnership with Save the Children and with funding from Italian Cooperation, in order to face emergency dangers, particularly the danger of incursions and floods. A hundred first aid kits were distributed to a team of volunteers trained in a first aid course so that they would be fully ready for rapid intervention at times of emergency. In addition there were 500 other kits including bedding, kitchen and cleaning utensils and gas cylinders, distributed to 500 of the most affected and most needy families in Al-Qarara and Khuzaa.
