The open day, held at the Al-Zahra park, included many recreational items, songs and puppet items, in addition to many activities and games that bring joy and delight. The children worked with in the field of counselling and psychological support throughout the project period were reached, in order to support them psychologically and entertain them, by putting forward developmental and recreational ideas, brainstorming and preparing the children to devise new ideas and to think freely. The children expressed their delight by taking part in many of the recreational items and games, and thanked both the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution for their particular concern with protecting childhood.
