Those present discussed the professionalism of the security file, reducing the number of services and the number of their members, the point of reference of the security services and their relationship with the resistance. Those present produced the following set of recommendations: 1. Holding qualifying courses to strengthen the capacities of security officers from the legal, military and social angles. 2. Agreeing on unified criteria for recruiting members of the security services. 3. Reducing the number of security services on condition that these services remain sufficient. 4.
