This is what Athar Al-Azayza, one of the trainees who took part in the conflict management course organised by the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution, said. The course began on the twenty-first of this month and continued until Thursday 24\/2\/2011. Al-Azayza added that the existence of such centres helps people a great deal in reaching many solutions to the problems facing Palestinian communities, so that the situation does not worsen with the disputing parties and reach the courts, where it may remain for long periods. In another vein, Shadi Aliwa noted that he had acquired many skills and experiences that may face them in their working life after graduation and that had not been touched on at university, in addition to the practical application of the skills acquired during the training period from trainers with experience in these matters.
