The meetings, attended by 40 children accompanied by their mothers, were held at the Al-Nour Association, the Union of Women's Committees in Deir Al-Balah and the Al-Saada Association in Gaza. For her part, Mrs. Heba Zaqout, the project's field coordinator, confirmed that the main aim behind these meetings is to strengthen cooperation between parents and the Centre and to increase mothers' awareness of their children's skills and how to follow them up. Zaqout gave an address in which she spoke about the project's objectives and the role of parents in helping and supporting their children.
