meeting bringing together the activity leaders and educators"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Within the events of the project \"Protecting children from sexual harassment and exploitation\", the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution held a meeting bringing together the project team, the educators and the activity leaders in the Centre's training hall on Thursday 3\/3\/2011.<br \/>\nIman Abu Saeed, the project's field coordinator, reviewed the tasks and responsibilities of the activity leaders and educators through a presentation explaining the working relationship between them and the participating parties, such as the project coordinator, the psychological counsellor, the lawyer, the support and follow-up committee, the case management committee and the participating associations, in addition to how to communicate and deal with parents and children.<\/p>\n<p>Lawyer Ahmed Al-Masri also explained some of the mechanisms for conveying legal information correctly to the target groups and how to help parents and make them aware of the importance of legal follow-up if their children are exposed to sexual exploitation.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the meeting, the project team distributed the educators' and activity leaders' guides, which contain a set of instructions to help them in dealing with children and
