The project aims to contribute effectively in developing a protective environment from hate speech and supportive for freedom of expression and social peace in GS&amp;WB through community-based mechanisms and sustainable functioning structures, as the project will be implemented for a period of 36 months in the following governorates: the five governorates of Gaza, Hebron, Nablus, Ramallah, Tulkarm, and Bethlehem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Scope of Work and key tasks: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">PCDCR welcomes creative ideas and suggestions for delivery the message in an effective and innovative way.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">The documentary film should be impactful and urges empathy, moving and motivational, and narrated mainly from a Palestinian perspective, with interviews and interventions from community members, politicians, victims, and decision-makers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">The film should be produced in Arabic, with the highest quality standards, high-fidelity, fast-paced, impressive and suitable colors, with appropriate stylistic touches, and finally, adding subtitles in English.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">The duration of the documentary film is 10-15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">The film should be produced totally, such as writing, filming, editing, expression \/ narration, etc. should be done by the selected company, as well as delivering a final ready-to-air product in broadcast standards and in Full HD 1920*1080 technology formats, in addition to drone shotes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">The entire development and production process will be closely monitored by the PCDCR with continuous review and comments as well as creative, editorial and technical direction of the film.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Expected timeline:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">The company getting the offer must start work as soon as possible, once the contract is signed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">A detailed timeline and work plan should be submitted within 14 days of signing the contract.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">The shooting schedule must be presented prior commencing filming.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">The rough cut of every phase of the documentary should be submitted to the center for review, comment and approval.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">Lastly, the final product should be delivered to PCDCR with the raw materials on an external HDD no later than March 25th 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Qualifications and Experience: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the documentary work in the area of film\/reportage\/documentary writing, producing, directing, and editing;<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">Highest quality filming, light, sound, and editing equipment.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">Professionalism in applying high production and technical standards.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">Ability to communicate and conduct interviews with the stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">Track record of successful films on related to the film\u2019s topic or similar topics.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">Ability to work under pressure and deliver within the deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; [30%] for financial offer; so that the evaluation committee is not obligated to the lowest prices.<\/li>\n<li style=\"direction: ltr;\">The short-listed candidates will be invited to participate in a meeting to further present and clarify their ideas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;
