Most of the nurses and health workers responding to Covid are women. Yet the decisions about how to respond to the pandemic are largely in the hands of men.... What do you think of that?

Your training included some sessions on the importance of the women, peace and security agenda and women's participation in all decision-making processes. Can you tell us what you learned in this respect? Why do you think women's participation is important in political life?
