We work to promote the values of democracy and good governance, and to protect and empower marginalised groups, including women, children, youth and persons with disabilities, towards a safe Palestinian society free from violence and discrimination.

This programme aims to promote democratic values, concepts and practices among decision-makers, senior official bodies of the State and all segments of society, to ensure that citizens enjoy their full rights (political, social, economic, health and educational) within a democratic state that respects the rule of law.
The programme aims to ensure that marginalised groups (women, children, youth and persons with disabilities) enjoy all their rights, by creating a safe environment free from discrimination and violence in all its forms.
