Programme Components

This programme seeks to protect and promote the rights of children, women, youth, persons with disabilities and older persons by fostering safe, inclusive and non-discriminatory communities, combining targeted capacity building and rights-based awareness raising with survivor-centred psychosocial, legal and economic support services.

Programme Objectives 2026-2028

  1. Contribute to a protective and safe environment free from all forms of violence, discrimination and rights violations against vulnerable groups (children, women, youth, persons with disabilities and older persons) in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
  2. Contribute to the economic, social and political empowerment of vulnerable groups (children, women, youth, persons with disabilities and older persons) in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, enabling them to claim their rights and build sustainable livelihoods.
