Graduate employment and training programme
The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation established in…
In the light of the Centre's vision and values, the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution works to strengthen the principles of democracy and human rights in general and for vulnerable groups in particular. It also works to strengthen tolerance, civil peace, justice, accountability and gender equality, in addition to consolidating a system of good governance, transparency and integrity. The Centre also helps to bridge the gap in providing the services that vulnerable and marginalised groups lack at the psychological, social and legal levels.
The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution announces the start of the practical training project for young women graduate leaders, in partnership with the Gender Initiative (UNRWA).
The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution invites the various formally registered employers in the business, factory and company sectors and those interested in benefiting from the project among those working in the private sector to register from today until Thursday 19 April 2018.
The project aims at enabling female graduates to apply the practical skills required in the labour market and to network with various companies and organisations, by including them in the labour market to help carry out their activities and projects and serve their aims so as to benefit society. The project will provide a pocket-money allowance to cover transport and food for the trainee graduate for 5 months, at a rate of 22 working days a month for 6 working hours a day.
