Eve and Adam

Woman was not created from man's head, lest she look down on him... nor from his foot, lest he despise her
But from his rib, to be under his wing so that he protects her... and close to his heart so that he loves her and she loves him.

A strange but beautiful philosophy from one of the philosophers. I liked what he said, and so I wanted to write about Adam and Eve, so that the wonderful picture people have of that wonderful couple may be completed...

When God created Adam, peace be upon him, he was the first human being to exist, and he lived in paradise, and despite all that was there, he felt lonely...
So when he slept, God created Eve from his rib...
I wonder, what is the reason for that??!!...
Why was Eve created from Adam while he was asleep??!!!
Why did God not create her from Adam while he was awake??!!
Do you know the reason??

It is said that when a man is in pain he hates, unlike a woman, who when she is in pain grows in affection and love,
So had Eve been created from Adam, peace be upon him, while he was awake, he would have felt the pain of her coming out of his rib and would have hated her. But she was created from him while he was asleep... so that he would not feel the pain and would not hate her
Whereas a woman gives birth while she is awake, and sees death before her, yet she grows in affection... and loves her newborn?? Indeed she gives her life for him

So Eve was created from a crooked rib, from that rib that protects the heart..
Do you know why??
Because God created her to protect the heart... This is Eve's profession... protecting hearts. So she was created from the place she will deal with
Whereas Adam was created from dust because he will deal with the earth... he will be a farmer, a builder, a blacksmith and a carpenter... and so on
But the woman will deal with feeling... with the heart... she will be a tender mother, a merciful sister, a compassionate daughter and a faithful wife...

The rib from which Eve was created is crooked!! So we all know, and all Eves are reproached with that..
To clarify that...
Modern medicine proves that were it not for that rib, the lightest blow to the heart would have caused bleeding. So God created that rib to protect the heart... then made it crooked to protect the heart from the other side... for had it not been crooked, the slightest blow would have caused bleeding leading
- inevitably - to death
Therefore....
O Eve, you should be proud that you were created from a crooked rib
And Adam should not try to straighten that crookedness, because, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, if the man tries to straighten that crookedness he breaks her. And by crookedness is meant the woman's affection, which surpasses the man's affection
So, Adam, do not mock Eve's affection...
For she was created this way...
And she is beautiful this way...
And you need her this way...
For her weakness is her strength in her affection...
So do not toy with her feelings...

O Eve, do not be upset if they call you deficient in reason... for it is your wonderful affection that the whole world needs... so do not be sad or embarrassed.
O precious one... you are almost the whole of society... you are the half of society that builds the other half...
