Conflict Resolution Center holds its general assembly meeting for 2011 at its main premises in Gaza

The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution held its ordinary general assembly meeting, attended by the members of the general assembly, on Thursday 14/6/2012 at the Centre's premises in Gaza, to discuss and approve the financial and administrative report for 2011 and the budget for 2012, in addition to appointing the external auditor of the Centre's accounts for 2012, attended by the registrar of companies, Imad Al-Baz, representatives of the Ministry of National Economy, the Centre's lawyer and the external auditor as a delegate of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh company.

Once the legal quorum was met, the meeting was chaired by the chair of the board, Eng. Khaled Zeidan, and after the administrative and financial report for 2011 was presented and discussed it was approved unanimously.

As for appointing the external auditor of the Centre's accounts for 2012, the external auditor's contract with the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh accounting and auditing company was renewed for another year, after which another firm will be engaged following an invitation for price quotations.
