Conflict Resolution Center holds a course on managing and writing projects using the logical framework

Nablus, Conflict Resolution Center:
The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution held a training course entitled "Skills in managing and writing projects using the logical framework". This training comes within an annual programme for developing and building the capacities of interested people and of the Centre's staff working in this field.
For his part, Ahmed Abu Ayyash, director of the Nablus branch of the Conflict Resolution Center, said: "The training supports the organisation's vision and strategic objectives, out of the management's belief in the importance of developing staff's technical, administrative and behavioural capacities and skills, so as to enable them to perform effectively and thereby allow the organisation to achieve its objectives in the service of society with the greatest possible efficiency."
He added that we pursue training as a long-term investment in developing human resources, raising professional competence and helping transfer technical and practical knowledge in a way that enables staff to meet any challenges imposed by the rapid pace of knowledge within the working environment.
He explained that the training gave a detailed account of how to manage and write projects through the logical framework in formulating and writing projects in all their component parts: project strategies, overall aim, justifications, problem analysis, objectives, alternatives and proposed activities.
For her part, Walaa Salahat, facilitator of the Active Citizenship project at the Conflict Resolution Center in Nablus, expressed her admiration for this course, from which she benefited greatly, technically and professionally, in the field of managing and writing projects, saying she will work to apply it in the service of her country's people in securing funding and delivering service-oriented and constructive projects.
