Call for proposals for a project evaluation

 

The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution is carrying out the project "A protective environment for children against sexual exploitation", funded by the European Union, in the period from 1/1/2014 to 31/12/2015. Among the terms of the contract is the evaluation of the project's activities.

Anyone with the wish and the competence may submit a technical and financial proposal to evaluate the following project activities:

1. Training of activity leaders and educators

2. Training four partner organisations in strategic planning

3. Training four partner organisations in financial and administrative matters

4. Training of mosque imams

5. Educational sessions for children

6. Educational sessions for parents

7. Educational sessions for mukhtars

8. Round tables

9. Evaluating the performance of the project team (coordinators, counsellors and lawyers)

 Note:

• An evaluation report is to be submitted every 6 months until the end of the project, and is also to include oversight of the project's various activities.

• The project runs for two years, beginning 1/1/2014 and ending 31/12/2015

• Please give the cost of the evaluation in euros, and submit the evaluation proposal in a sealed envelope or by email no later than Thursday 30/1/2014 at 3 p.m.
