Conditions:
- Providing a sample of the items.
- The Centre reserves the right to split the tender.
- The Centre is not bound to accept the lowest prices.
- Quantities may be increased or decreased under the same conditions and prices.
- Prices include delivery to partner institutions according to the monthly schedules provided by the project manager to the supplier across the Gaza Strip governorates throughout the project period from July 2017 to December 2017.
- The supplier undertakes that the shelf life of the food supplied is no less than six months from the date of delivery.
- Advertising costs are borne by the successful bidder.
Payment conditions:
- Payment is made by bank cheque in euros.
- Providing an official invoice, a receipt voucher and a withholding tax certificate.
The offer is valid until 31/12/2017.
