Ordinary general assembly meeting of the shareholders

The ordinary annual meeting of the shareholding members of the general assembly of the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution company (a non-profit limited liability company) was held on Thursday 21/07/2011 at four o'clock in the afternoon, by video conference between the members in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. Mr. Imad Al-Baz, the registrar of companies at the Ministry of National Economy, attended to discuss and approve the annual administrative and financial report and to appoint the external auditor for 2011 and the 2011 budget. After the legal quorum was reached, the meeting was chaired by Mr. Saeed Al-Muqadama, a member of the board, at the request of the representatives of the Ministry of Economy and on behalf of the chairman of the board. The members also praised the work carried out by the Centre and thanked those in charge for the efforts they make to serve our people and to present the Centre's achievements in the best possible way. After several consultations and questions, the financial and administrative report for 2010 was approved unanimously and Talal Abu Ghazaleh was chosen as external auditor for 2011.
