The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution (Nablus), in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Development and a number of governmental, international and local bodies, has prepared the National Strategic Plan to Protect Children Online, represented by the following institutions:

1. Government institutions: the Public Prosecution, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology, the Police, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health, and the High Judicial Council.

2. International organisations: Save the Children, War Child Holland, World Vision, and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).

3. Civil society organisations: Defence for Children International, the Palestinian Institute for Childhood at An-Najah University, the Palestinian Counseling Center, the Child and Family Counseling Center, Taawon, SAWA, the Tamer Institute and ActionAid.

4. Associations and clubs: Al-Naqura Charitable Society, the Programmes Centre at Al-Far'a Camp, the Programmes Centre at Jenin Camp, Kafr Jammal Charitable Society, Al-Awda Centre, Qalqilya Sports Club, Nahdat Bint Al-Rif Society, Jericho Women's Society, and Rubu' Al-Quds Club.

5. The Palestine Children's Council / Defence for Children International.
