The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution carries out the Charity and Giving campaign

During Ramadan, the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution in Hebron governorate, in cooperation with companies and local community organisations and with charitable people from the governorate, carried out a campaign donating goods in kind, food and clothing, and distributing them to families and cases suffering from economic violence and from a low economic level.
This campaign and initiative come as part of the Centre's contribution and community engagement towards this group subjected to violence, which is dealt with through the Centre's activities and events and within the project "Together towards a society free of violence".
During the holy month of Ramadan the Centre organised a communal iftar banquet in the Centre's hall, aimed at families subjected to economic violence, women and children, who receive the Centre's awareness and counselling services directly. This initiative by the Centre comes within the framework of strengthening and rooting the principle of social solidarity and in furtherance of the Centre's objectives of providing its services to groups marginalised and subjected to violence socially and economically, and the initiative was held under the patronage of charitable people from Hebron governorate. In closing, the Centre's director, Saad Shalaldeh, indicated that this campaign will continue during Ramadan in the years to come.
