Selection will be based on the following criteria:
1. The applicant must have attended the community participation and social accountability training within the Marginalised Local Communities Development Project and committed to attending.
2. The applicant must pass the assessment test attached in the link below.
3. The applicant must be no older than 40 years.
4. The applicant must have communication skills and the ability to facilitate awareness sessions.
