Conflict Resolution Center holds a training course in the art of pleading

On Sunday the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution (legal unit), in partnership with the coordinating committee of law faculty students at the Bar Association, held a training course in the art of pleading at the Centre's premises, with a group of male and female lawyers from the law faculties of universities in the Gaza Strip taking part.

The course will run for six days and will cover the practical side of the law of civil and commercial procedure. This is not the first such course but part of the continuing joint coordination between the legal unit at the Conflict Resolution Center and the coordinating committee of law faculty students, which have previously carried out activities together on different subjects, such as the advanced course on local and international arbitration procedure, the course on inheritance law and the course on personal status.
