Meeting of the board members

The board members of the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution met, chaired by the chairman of the board Mr. Khaled Zidan together with the rest of the members, on Thursday 23/6/2011 to discuss the following agenda: - Setting the date of the ordinary general assembly meeting. - Presenting the administrative and financial report for 2010. - Presenting and discussing the Centre's budget for 2011. - Presenting the projects under way this year. - Discussing the obstacles and problems facing the Centre. Accordingly, the date of the ordinary general assembly meeting was set for Sunday 10/7/2011 at the Centre's premises in Gaza for the Gaza Strip members, and at the Centre's branch in Ramallah for the West Bank members, in order to approve the annual financial and administrative report for 2010 and to select the external auditor of the Centre's accounts for 2011.
