PCDCR Receives the Healing Across the Divides (HATD) Representative on a Follow-up Visit to the Psychological and Reproductive Health Project in Tubas and the Northern Jordan Valley

The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution received Ms. Nihad Fattah, representative of Healing Across the Divides (HATD) in Palestine, on a follow-up visit to the project to enhance levels of psychological and reproductive health in Tubas Governorate and the Northern Jordan Valley.

The visit was attended by Center staff Wurud Yasin and Manar Milhis, together with Ms. Nisreen, one of the session facilitators from Far'a Camp. They discussed the nature of the field work and the general situation in Tubas Governorate, amid challenges that directly affect reproductive health, especially for women and girls, due to difficult access to health services and growing psychological and social pressures under the current circumstances.

The meeting affirmed the project's importance in raising awareness of reproductive health, strengthening the related psychological support, and building the capacities of local facilitators, which helps improve the quality of services, enables target groups to deal with health and psychological challenges, and strengthens the resilience of the local community in the governorate.
